Reservations & Bookings

How can I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website using the “Check Availability” feature, selecting a room or by calling us at (809) 571-2220 / (829) 570-1167 or emailing info@terralindaresort.com.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the day of arrival/departure and may incur an additional fee. Please contact our reception to make a request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and package booked. The specific terms will be provided at the time of your booking. Please review these carefully. For no-shows, charges may apply as per the booking terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard). Payment details will be confirmed during the booking process.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Depending on the rate selected, a deposit or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

Can I make a booking for someone else?

Yes, you can. Please ensure you have all the correct details for the guest(s). If using a credit card not belonging to a staying guest, an authorization form might be required.

Do you offer group booking rates?

Yes, for reservations of five rooms or more, please contact us directly for special rates and arrangements.

What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer a variety of accommodations including Suites, Double Rooms, Single King Bed Rooms, and Single Queen Bed Rooms. Each room type has different features and sizes.

Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi access for our guests.

Do your rooms have balconies?

Yes, all our rooms feature private balconies.

Are there safes in the rooms?

Yes, in-room safes are available for your valuables.

Can I get an extra bed or a baby cot in my room?

Extra beds and baby cots may be available upon request and are subject to availability and room type. Additional charges may apply for extra beds. Please request at the time of booking.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes, we have a lovely outdoor swimming pool for our guests to enjoy

Do you have a spa?

Yes, our Laguna Spa offers a full range of treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and salon services. It also features a sauna and steam room.

Is parking available at the resort? Is it free?

Yes, free self-parking is available on-site for our guests. (Note: While one source mentioned paid parking, multiple others state free parking. It’s best to confirm this and ensure consistency).

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Many of our rates include a complimentary full breakfast. Please check the details of your specific booking confirmation. Our breakfast service offers a variety of options.

Services & Policies

Do you offer an airport shuttle service?

Yes, an airport shuttle service is available for a surcharge. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.

Are pets allowed at the resort?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Terra Linda Resort, with the exception of certified service animals as required by law.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available for our guests (charges may apply).

What is your policy for children staying at the resort?

Children of a certain age (e.g., under 2 years) may stay free when sharing a room with paying adults and using existing bedding. Charges may apply for older children or if an extra bed is required.

Is smoking permitted at the resort?

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. All our rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking.

How can I make special requests for my stay?

Please let us know of any special requests at the time of booking or by contacting our reception team prior to your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them, though they are subject to availability.

How do I get to Terra Linda Resort?

Our address is Calle Dr. Rosen #26, El Batey, Sosúa. Detailed directions and a map can be found on our “Contact Us” page. If you require an airport transfer, please see above.

What attractions are near the resort?

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Sosúa Beach, Playa Alicia, the Sosúa Jewish Museum, and the Coral Reef Casino. Many other local attractions and activities are also easily accessible.

Can the resort help arrange tours or activities?

Yes, our concierge or front desk team can assist you with information and bookings for local tours and excursions.
